Commission on completed projects
Charged only when the client confirms the project is delivered. Cibernetica.io invoices the provider directly for the commission — the client pays the provider in full, separately from this fee.

VAT handling
UK: 20% VAT added. EU with valid VAT number: reverse-charge (0%). Outside UK/EU: zero-rated. A VAT invoice is issued for every charge.
Direct client-to-provider payment
The client pays the provider directly against the provider's invoice. Cibernetica.io never holds project funds — commission is billed to the provider separately, at the tier rate above, only after the client confirms completion.
